Wild Enoki - Fresh 500g

When fresh mushrooms are marked "Sold Out", there are none available for our next Wednesday delivery run. You can still contact us to order them for a different date.

We currently deliver for free between Yarloop, Bunbury and Busselton on Wednesday afternoons. We can also deliver to Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River areas, typically for a $7 fee. Pickup can be arranged from our farm gate or from our markets in Boyanup and Serpentine-Jarrahdale. We cannot post fresh mushrooms.

Wild Enoki (Flammulina Velutipes) mushrooms are very different to the white Enoki you can find in stores, typically imported from Asia. They have a unique fruity aroma and a versatile meaty flavour which compliments any recipe. They also shine as a standalone dish when simply fried until brown and crispy with salt. They have a delicate texture and get crispy fast when frying.

Their caps are somewhat sticky and they produce a wide range of chemical compounds. We encourage you to learn about the remarkable health benefits of this species which has been the subject of many scientific studies.
